Slovenian language

I'm sorry for my english.. using google translate..

Some questions about EXP Autos Pro

I buy this wonderfull modul in jun 2012, but I dont use it. Now, when I wan't make changes, I have a problem.

I think Slovenian language file does not exist, Is that easy to translate to Slovenian, how?
I think the problem could live Slovenian character, how do you solve (š đ č ć ž) in front side of web page?

Use you PHP editor(example notepad++) for save file in UTF-8 encoding.
